Enroll your school in PHSSL
Download the Membership Application Form and complete the form. Include your principal's signature and your school's check for the membership fee and mail to the address on the form.

Renewals
If your school is already a member, you may notify PHSSL of your intent to renew using this same form. You may skip over any fields that have not changed since you last completed an application and we will use the information on file.

Border state residents: For addresses outside Pennsylvania, please include your state abbreviation as part of your City listing (ex: Trenton, NJ).
